RANDOM POST #1

Here I am trying to do my best fulfilling all the things that I should have done before I die. Yes, you heard me right. DIE. I'm dying not because my body is shutting down but because I'm beginning to change my self, my ways, to be better as a whole person and not just some goddamn idiot doing all things over and over again and not thinking of what to come before time passes.
I want to catch falling stars and put them inside a jar, go to the beach and half-bury my self on sand, eat all flavors of ice cream, tap dance on the table, talk to the moon, and look for the person that I truly love.
My list goes very long but I just wanted to make this short. God bless me!

Went out at exactly 8.30AM to do something for my co-worker and finished it at 9.45AM.
I was walking on my way home and thought to buy Ube Hopia at a Chinese deli and something for lunch. I forgot that it was still time for breakfast when I arrived at McDonald’s and got surprised when all meals offered on the menu are really for breakfast! I was thinking it was already 12.00 noon already! So I just ordered the Longganisa Meal and upgraded the coffee to Coke Float.
Well, I learned one lesson: never forget that 12.00 noon is lunch time.

GOTHIC and COOL

Some would say that I look weird because I wear "sharp" and "pointy" objects on my body. Yes! I wear them but they're really not that "sharp" and "pointy" and I don't want to be that dangerous.
Enough of the HATERS comments and let's continue.
I definitely believe that in fashion you should not stick to one look alone but you have to experiment and come up with a new one. Try adding accessories that would make your look different. Let's say a plain, simple white tee can be glammed up with statement necklaces and layers of bracelets in different materials and colors. Or a one toned graphic tee with a necklace can make you look cool in an instant.
There's nothing wrong with accessorizing as long as you know your limits. If the prints on your tee/top is already overwhelming keep in mind not to "over accessorize" anymore, instead wear only one necklace that would compliment it. Even with one to two rings on your fingers can be an addition.

I have never been a fan of spike-y things before but made up my mind and said to my self that in fashion you should take up chances of changing looks and styles and never stick to one look alone but to push and not limit your self because there’s no right or wrong look but how you wear it. It’s the carrier and the wearer that matters.
I now wear them and gets complimented everytime about how cool I look and how cute they are.

My collection of spiked bracelets.

One of the skull neck-pieces that I own.

Tiny skulls set in gold but the camera flash makes them appear silver.

My statement neck-pieces that are very cheap and cool!

A closer look of my spiked layered neck-piece.

I just love how cool my arrowhead neck-piece can look when I wear it.

Vintage SLASH Punk LOTD

It was during our Xmas Party on December 19, 2012, with the theme Parklympics when I did the shoot. It was held at the only Cebuano Hotel which is Cebu Parklane International Hotel. Obviously the theme is SPORTS and OLYMPIC-like but I didn't chose the latter and instead followed my fashion-instinct and came up with a vintage-punk look overloaded (again because I love stacking them on my body) with accessories that really complemented it. With the red wine skinny jeans from Oxygen, vintage-tribal printed tee from Bench, my brothers beanie which he gave to me, and the DIY slip-ons that I called MY PROJECT - Everything and the whole look was fantastic and made everyone look at me and adored me head to foot!
The sofa or bench or whatever they call it was a good spot for the shoot but unfortunately it was already occupied that's why I chose this side.

I only got the time to take pictures after the party because it was so crowded on the hallways of the venue. I leaned beside the mirror just for an added effect for the shoot. LOL.

Just wanted to see if I'm cute with this look and I never failed to look like one!

I look cute, right?

Handsome or cute, what d'ya think?

Spikes, spikes and more spikes! Additional spunk and drama for my look.

Bronze and antique neck pieces add glam to any outfits especially if your look is vintage and classic. As for me I wore this vintage-tribal print tee from Bench.

The rings that made them OOHED and AAHED in unison. Many noticed my statement finger pieces and really loved them!

My DIY slip-ons with studs. I bought a cheap, plain black pair and embellished it with gold and silver studs. I really love how it turned out with the gothic cross!

Beanie - Thrifted (from brother)
Vintage, Tribal Printed Tee - BENCH
Red Wine Skinny Jeans - OXYGEN
Studded Slip-ons - DIYed by me
Accessories - All from AIZILYM

GLADIATOR OR STRAPPY?

I had doubts before of wearing sandals that are lady-like but when it became a trend for guys to have the ability and confidence of wearing them I got hooked instantly and bought a pair!
My mom even asked me with eyebrows raised where I got them and just answered her with a cute smile to let her know that what I'm wearing is what I am. LOL! She loved it anyway and left me smiling even more!
I still have plans (again?) on buying a new pair of strappy sandals either brown or black leather or even of different colors. I just don't have time yet because of my busy schedule at work.
Hoping for it!

PHOTO REQUEST GRANTED

I was chatting with Robie, my workmate, and we ended talking about uploading his other photos and edit them. I asked him why he didn't upload them online and he said that he had no time to do it so I volunteered to do it for him but I had to edit them first before uploading.
He got so happy and excited when I told him that I could upload and post them on my blog instead of just hiding them. I also told him that after editing his photos he should update his LOOKBOOK too and let others see his looks. He has taste in fashion and it would be a waste if he didn't show them to the world. LOL.
So as I have promised him here are the photos that I edited myself!

During the mass slash celebration of Pedro Calungsod at SRP. Soon to rise is the biggest SM mall!

Forever 21 at SM City Cebu.

I really love his look here! Black+white. Simple but achievable!

I think he's trying to say "I love Forever 21 accessories!"

I love how he paired this black jacket with white printed tee and black bag!

This is actually not bloody candles. They're from the Sto. Nino Basilica. I just made the photo look different to add an effect.

Robie is a silent but deadly person. LOL. He's really friendly and down to earth and very approachable that's why there's no wonder he has a lot of friends.

RED CROWNING GLORY

This photo was taken last year during our general Xmas Party and I still miss this color but I can't wear it anymore because it's forbidden on work. Yep. Must follow HOUSE RULES or else you'll get punished.
I planned on getting red as my color but didn't find any so I used copper brown and burgundy and mixed them together and achieved this red-like or tone hue and got so happy that I didn't remove it until I returned back to work from my vacation (because I went home to celebrate Xmas with my family the day after the Xmas Party).

I said to myself since I'm going home there's no reason for it to be removed and I have to enjoy it!
But of course there are no permanent colors for the hair that are too striking and warm allowed - as stated in our RULE - that's why I let it get washed away in the drain with shampoo. FYI shampoos has chemicals in it that are too strong they can strip out colors and nutrients from your hair that's why there are numerous brands out there that are solely for color-treated hair only.
Right now I'm sticking to my very usual copper brown color and at least it's still cool to look at to. But I miss my red hair.
I'm still planning to revert back to red. And I guess I will do it during vacations!
